These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, content, and services offered by More Than Social LLC, operating as Banking With Bundles, including but not limited to those sold or accessed through our official website (www.bankingwithbundles.com), as well as affiliated platforms including SamCart, Systeme.io, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, Skool, and any other official More Than Social LLC sales or content channels.

Introduction

By accessing, using, or purchasing any product, course, or service from More Than Social LLC, operating as Banking With Bundles (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at www.bankingwithbundles.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all purchasers, including digital product buyers and coaching program participants.

These Terms contain important information about your rights, payment obligations, our no-refund policy, and the binding nature of your purchase. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, purchase our products, or enroll in our programs.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate and current
• Your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws

5. Products and Access

When you purchase a product, course, coaching program, or any other service from More Than Social LLC:

• You receive access for the lifetime of that product
• “Lifetime access” refers to the life of the product, not your personal lifetime
• We may update, modify, or discontinue content at any time
• New or re-recorded versions of products are not included in previous purchases
• We may change platforms or delivery methods at any time. Access will be preserved where reasonably possible.
• In the event we cease operations or discontinue a product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide downloadable copies of your purchased materials or provide at minimum 90 days notice before discontinuation.

6. Payment Terms

Prices and Processing

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change and such changes do not affect previously completed purchases. Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

Payment Plans and Installments

If you select a payment plan or installment option, the following terms apply:

• Payment plans are offered as a courtesy, not an entitlement.
• You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of whether you use or complete the program.
• Payments will be charged automatically on the dates set forth at the time of purchase.
• You authorize More Than Social LLC to charge your card on file on each scheduled payment date without requiring separate authorization for each charge.
• If a payment is declined, we will attempt to process it each day until successful. If two consecutive payment attempts fail, your access may be suspended until the past-due balance is resolved.
• A $25 administrative fee may be assessed for each failed payment, where permitted by applicable law.
• You agree not to cancel or close the credit or debit card on file without prior written consent from More Than Social LLC.
• You remain responsible for the full balance owed under your payment plan, regardless of program participation or completion.

7. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds, No Exceptions

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed the product or program details before purchasing.
• Your purchase was intentional and authorized by you.
• You understand and agree that no refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstance.

This no-refund policy applies to all products and services offered by More Than Social LLC, including but not limited to:

• Digital courses and downloadable products
• Group coaching programs
• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Live events, workshops, and masterclasses
• AI tools and digital resources
• Memberships and subscriptions

A client’s failure to participate, complete, or implement the program is not grounds for a refund. Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund. Change of mind is not grounds for a refund.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact Maria at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. We will work to resolve the issue. Access issues reported after 30 days may not be eligible for resolution. If we are unable to provide access due to our error, you may be eligible for a refund at our sole discretion.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your transaction was authorized and intentional. You agree to the following:

No Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any payment made to More Than Social LLC through your financial institution or payment processor at any time, for any reason.

Prior Contact Required

Before taking any action related to a billing concern, you agree to contact us first at [email protected]. We will make a good faith effort to address your concern directly.

Consequences of Unauthorized Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without prior contact and written authorization from More Than Social LLC:

• Your access to all products and programs will be immediately revoked.
• You may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
• More Than Social LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of the full amount owed, including any fees incurred as a result of the dispute.
• You will be responsible for any attorney’s fees, collection fees, and related costs incurred by More Than Social LLC in recovering the disputed amount.
• This Agreement will be provided to your financial institution as evidence of your commitment not to dispute the charge.

Installment Plan Disputes

If you are enrolled in a payment plan, you agree not to dispute any scheduled or processed charge at any time. In the event that a dispute is inadvertently initiated, you agree to immediately withdraw or cancel that dispute. You agree not to cancel the payment card on file without prior written consent from More Than Social LLC.

More Than Social LLC is authorized to charge your card or account for any unpaid balance on the dates set in this Agreement without requiring separate authorization for each charge.

9. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Starting or growing a business involves inherent risks, including financial loss.
• Implementation of strategies taught in our programs may not yield positive results.
• Market conditions, competition, and external factors can affect your outcomes.
• You may experience financial loss, wasted time, or other negative consequences.
• No educational product can guarantee success in business or life.

You assume full responsibility and risk for all decisions made based on our products, your implementation of strategies taught, any outcomes or consequences of your actions or inaction, and financial investments made in pursuit of those strategies. You agree that More Than Social LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from your use of our products.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within our website and products, including videos, text, frameworks, templates, graphics, tools, and written materials, is owned exclusively by More Than Social LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
• Resell, share, or transfer access to any materials
• Use our content for teaching, training, or commercial purposes without written permission
• Create derivative products, guides, or resources based on our proprietary content without written consent

Banking With Bundles is a trademark and copyrighted work of More Than Social LLC.

11. AI and Likeness Restrictions

You may not use any content, likeness, voice, image, or materials belonging to Bianca Rush or More Than Social LLC, including appearances on video, social media, or public platforms, to:

• Train, fine-tune, or otherwise inform AI systems or machine learning technologies
• Create deepfakes, synthetic media, or voice replication of any kind
• Generate or manipulate images using AI tools
• Create automated content creation systems based on our materials
• Reproduce, imitate, or simulate our materials using AI or automation tools

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access, legal action for violation of publicity rights, intellectual property infringement, misrepresentation, and claims for statutory damages.

12. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, strategies, frameworks, or business methodologies shared through our products and programs. This includes materials shared in coaching sessions, group programs, online forums, or any other delivery format.

You agree not to share, publish, or disclose any confidential information belonging to More Than Social LLC to third parties without prior written consent.

13. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our branding in a misleading or unauthorized way
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or platforms
• Share login credentials or purchased materials with others
• Impersonate More Than Social LLC or any affiliated individual
• Provide false or inaccurate information at the time of purchase or enrollment

14. Community and Social Media Guidelines

When participating in any community, group, or social space associated with Banking With Bundles, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with all participants
• Avoid harassment, offensive behavior, or disparaging statements
• Share only truthful and accurate information

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict or revoke access for violations of these guidelines, without refund.

15. Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

16. No Income Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding income, results, or business outcomes. Any income examples, success stories, or testimonials shared by Banking With Bundles:

• Are not typical results
• Are shared for illustrative and educational purposes only
• Do not guarantee similar outcomes for any purchaser

Your results depend entirely on your individual effort, experience, and implementation. Most people who purchase educational products do not achieve significant results. We cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to earn income or grow your business.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Than Social LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of income or business opportunity
• Technical issues, interruptions, or platform downtime
• Data loss or damages of any kind
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services

If liability is required by law, it will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless More Than Social LLC, its owners (including Bianca Rush individually), officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of our products
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your business activities or implementation of strategies taught in our products
• Any representations or warranties you make that are based on our content

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of our products.

19. Non-Disparagement

You agree, during and after your participation in any program or service, to refrain from making defamatory or disparaging statements about More Than Social LLC, its founder, employees, agents, or affiliated individuals, in any public or private forum, including online. This provision does not restrict your ability to share honest reviews or feedback directly with More Than Social LLC.

20. Termination

More Than Social LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to any product or service if you:

• Violate these Terms in any material way
• Share, distribute, or resell our proprietary content
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our team or community
• Initiate chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes
• Use our products for illegal or unethical purposes

In most cases, you will receive written notice via email and will have five (5) business days to resolve the issue or provide an explanation before access is revoked. Severe violations, including intellectual property theft, fraud, or threatening behavior, may result in immediate termination without notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

21. Force Majeure

More Than Social LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, including earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, or pandemics
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
• Internet service provider failures or cyberattacks
• Failures of third-party hosting, payment, or service providers
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect our operations

In the event of a force majeure circumstance lasting more than 90 days, either party may terminate affected obligations without liability.

22. Third-Party Links and Services

We are not responsible for any third-party websites, tools, or services referenced or linked through our platform. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

23. Dispute Resolution

Step 1: Direct Resolution

You agree to contact More Than Social LLC first at [email protected] to attempt resolution of any dispute before taking any other action.

Step 2: Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal action. The cost of mediation will be shared equally between the parties. Good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing litigation or arbitration.

Step 3: Binding Arbitration

IF MEDIATION IS UNSUCCESSFUL, DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT. DISPUTES WILL BE ARBITRATED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. The location of arbitration will be determined based on applicable law.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of your purchase by emailing [email protected] with your name and the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these Terms shall be Henry County, Georgia.

25. Marketing and Promotion

By participating in any Banking With Bundles program, you grant More Than Social LLC permission to use your testimonials, photos, written feedback, and video or audio submissions for marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing at [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the start of your program.

26. Miscellaneous

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights under that provision.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

More Than Social LLC may transfer or assign its rights under these Terms at any time without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and More Than Social LLC with respect to your use of our products and services.

Electronic Signatures

Signatures transmitted digitally or created electronically shall have the same legal force and binding effect as an original handwritten signature.
