It’s always a good idea to be protected against any potential unplanned situations that arise. You will likely not have to experience the nightmare of being seriously ill or injured in a foreign country. But if you do, the last thing you want is not having the support or financial means by which to get treated and flown home.

Purchasing travel insurance also enables you to be compensated in the event that you have to cancel your trip with us, as all payments made towards the balance of your trip are non-refundable after the deposit is made, this allows us to plan ahead for your arrival and make payments for activities and accommodations on your behalf in good faith that you will attend the trip.

If you ever have to cancel, your travel insurance (depending on the coverage purchased) will provide you with an added level of security for your trip in the way of refunds for non-refundable payments made to us.

International flights to and from the starting destination are not included and must be purchased separately. Flights between destinations listed in the itinerary are included. Travelers should plan to depart from their home city at least 1–2 days earlier to allow for travel time, time zone differences, and any unexpected delays. Flight payment plan options may be available through Expedia, Alternative Airlines, Uplift, Affirm, and Klarna (subject to approval). Airport transfers outside the scheduled arrival window may be arranged for an additional fee.
